The Grandstream GBX20 is an extension module that enhances the functionality of Grandstream’s GRP2615, GRP2624, GRP2650, GRP2670 carrier-grade IP phones and GXV3350, GXV3450 IP video phones. Designed for easy setup and supported by Grandstream’s Device Management System (GDMS) for streamlined configuration, it is an ideal solution for businesses managing high call volumes, such as receptionists, executives, and call centers. Display
The GBX20 features a 4.3-inch (272×480) TFT color LCD display, offering a clear and vibrant interface for managing up to 40 contacts per module. Lines
Each GBX20 module supports up to 40 lines (20 per page, with two pages), and up to four modules can be daisy-chained to a compatible phone, providing a total of 160 contacts/extensions.
